I bought this to replace an old model that got broken during a move. This is such a handy little kitchen appliance. Great for chopping and pureeing small batches of veggies, fruits, nuts, etc. and for crushing ice. Great value for the money because Kitchen Aid makes quality products that last.
This is the perfect size food processor for every day use. Its easy to use and easy to clean. I keep it on the counter top because I literally use it to chop everything from onions, tomatoes, fine chopping garlic, making salsa etc .I highly recommend it due to its size if you're looking for something not as big as a regular food processor
Good brand and machine. I have two of these. One that I use more regularly, which I've had for over 6 years and have never had any problems with, and the other one that I keep at another house when I visit from time to time. It has never given me any problems. The brand says it all. Made in USA.
This is the third time I've purchased this! First one for my apartment 4 years ago, second for my daughter (who then bought one for a friend) and a third one for our vacation home. It's the perfect size, works great and fits in a cabinet so it doesn't clog up my counter. Highly recommend.

I was afraid that I was going to break it. Seems intuitive but I kind of was challenged to figure out how to work it the first and the second time … but now I've got it down. 😉 Simple YouTube video out there clearly depicting how to assemble an unassembled would've been super helpful.
Pretty easy to assemble/disassemble. The enclosed pamphlet was absolutely useless! It only gave a bunch of safety warnings; no directions whatsoever! After playing around with it, we FINALLY discovered that to make it actually run (after proper assembly) by pressing down on the top part of the handle! There was NOTHING about that in the "instruction" book! It does a great job of finely chopping nuts!
Other than the fact that it came in a box that looked like it might've been a return, because there were no instructions, it's a cute little chopper for the price. It didn't appear to be used because there was a tie wrap on the plug, preventing it from being plugged in . Once I figured out how to open the top, which even with instructions is a little bit wonky I think it's going to do exactly what I needed to do.
Just not the KitchenAid standrd im used to. But still has a KitchenAid price tag. Wobbles unfontrollably, cant chop even semi thawed fruit, its either mostly unchopped or mushy when doing meat, mostly chicken. Hard time getting it to lock i. place then it locks but also somehow has shifted the chopper option to puree so i have to sqitch back left everytime i instll the reservoir. Sometimes the blade unit does mot want to click into the bse which is irritating. idk. just over all let down.
I've had this for about a month, but I still haven't used it because I can't figure out how to make it work. I was excited to have a KitchenAid product, but I watched their How To video, and followed the method that it advised, but I can't get it to work. There is no written user's guide. Disappointed!
