KitchenAid Low Profile Metal Stacking Dish Drying Rack, Charcoal Gray

I love this best dish rack ever it's so thick and sturdy and it won't rust. It's well worth the money. And it comes with a draining mat. Only I probably won't use that draining mat because I have like a stone special mat for dishes and it's like absorbs and it doesn't get moldy.

Looks very nice in my small kitchen! Easy setup! Trays are simple to pop on! Sturdy! and Reasonably priced, given it's metal, it's one of the best dish racks I've had in a very long time! No signs of rust!

This drainer is well made and heavy. The size is ideal for a medium load of dishes. The only drawback is the water does not drain out of the tray. I find myself pouring it out periodically.

My only complaint is that dish rack does not drain into sink. The water just sits on bottom of tray and overflows onto kitchen counter. I had to put a towel underneath and I ordered a new bottom from another manufacturer that does drain into the sink. So I spent more then I wanted to for a fish rack.

My previous strainer finally broke for the last time and it was very old so after searching all my local stores and not being able to find a good replacement I went to my Walmart app and paid more than I ever would have on this because it was visibly appealing and a kitchen aide, can't go wrong right?!? NOPE... WRONG... the water just sits in the bottom pan, it does not drain into the sink and down the drain so now I have to manually drain the water out of it after each load which means in order to not forget and it have stagnant water sitting in it and leaving water marks I now have to hand dry everything and put it away so I can empty the tray. Having to do that totally defeats the purpose of spending almost $40 for this to do the 1 job it is supposed to do. HUGE fail, never again. Save your money!!

item arrived clearly damaged...i have to go out to my way to return it just to get a replacement..poor customer service

This item was not as described. For one thing the holder for the silverware is missing. The tray does not drain into the sink. This is definitely not the product that I thought I was going to be getting. I want to send it back and get a refund.

Looks nice. Needs a towel underneath to keep it in place

Look very nice and big enough to wash dishes after every meal

It does not drain and there is no height difference from the water catch tray and the dish holding rack so the dishes just sit in water and don't dry. The price is crazy for the terrible quality as well, very cheaply made
