The cookie scoop worked great for what I needed it for. The cookie scoop worked great for what I needed it for. May the perfect size for cookies. made the perfect size for cookies.
I have to start by saying I've always wanted one of these. It's so hard to use just a spoon and try to get a good shape with scraping it off. I don't make cookies a lot but this will come in handy when I do. It's heavy and feels well made. Not flimsy at all.
Me and the kids love making cookies together but they always come out different sizes and the kids would bicker about who got the biggest cookie. This solves that problem, now they all come out pretty much the same size so no more bickering. It's easy to use and clean up.
Cookie scoops are a favorite kitchen gadget of mine and they can be used for so much more than just cookies. This KitchenAid cookie scoop is great. It is sturdy, has padded handles, and works seamlessly. I can be used for pancake batter, muffins, etc. I definitely recommend having a KitchenAid cookie scoop in your kitchen.
I absolutely love having these cookie dough scoops in my kitchen. I use them for way more than cookies. I use them to portion food, muffins, cornbread and mini ice cream sandwiches. The options are endless. I think these are pretty good quality. I have had heavier ones in the past and those were hard for the kids to use. These are well made but not super heavy, so they are great for tiny hands. I like the grips. They make doing hundreds of cookies much easier on my hands. It's very easy to clean and dry. I think everyone should have one of these in their kitchen. I would definitely recommend.
The KitchenAid Cookie Dough Scoop features soft-grip handles making it by far easier to use than any other scoop that I've owned, nearly effortless. It's so comfortable in the hand, especially when needing to scoop many times. The scooping mechanism in the scoop itself aids in releasing more of the batter than my other scoops as well. Can be used for many uses other than cookie dough, making it a multiuse gadget. Made of durable materials that is also dishwasher safe making cleanup a breeze.
Well, it says it's for cookie dough, but naturally, I will use this first as a convenient ice cream scooper and then maybe watermelon ball maker and so forth. KitchenAid gadgets are always good to own. Tested mine with ice cream, of course. Wet it first so the food doesn't stick to it. Fits right in my hand. The ball didn't fall off completely clean, but who really cares.
I love this Cookie Dough Scoop made by KitchenAid! It's so versatile! It feels very durable and well made! It scoops perfect size cookies. I've also used it to scoop sherbet. It has soft grip handles and is dishwasher safe. I'm really looking forward to using it for my melon baller this summer also! Highly recommend!
Sometimes if you pack the scoop a little too much it won't dispense and you have to “pump” the scoop to get it to slowly loosen. But I chock that up to her error not product error.
Super excited about this scoop. It's made by kitchen Aid so I thought for sure it would be quality. Nope. First use, scooping cookie dough, it jumped off track and quit working. I was able to fix it but not at all what I was hoping for out of this brand. The handle grips are soft so that's a plus. Was going to give it three stars but after more thought, only two since it broke on first use.
