I really love these vitamins. They have all the important vitamins I need including b12. I was taking all my supplements separately and it was 7 pills and this vitamin has all the supplements in one tablet. So it is cost effective and saved me the space in my pill case. I didn't get any stomach distress from this vitamin and the size of the vitamin isn't as big as others and pretty easy to swallow. I didn't have any problems with burping like with some of the other vitamins I've tried. My husband has a job that requires alot of energy and he has been less tired since starting these vitamins.

This product is a great bang for your buck. Would highly recommend to active users or users with ADHD as the Folate is extremely good for you to regulate processes. Ensure this product is taken with food, to avoid extreme nausea. Would highly recommend for people needing to get in essential vitamins and minerals.

It is a 30 day supply since you need to take two daily. They are quite large but were easy to swallow. They also have a strong smell and aftertaste. They have a great and thorough combination of vitamins and antioxidants. It makes me feel good about being proactive about my health.

I take multi-vitamins often but this one has a lot more vitamin B complex vitamin than what I'm used to. Since vitamin B helps with metabolism, taking this vitamin has given me more energy. Unfortunately you have to take 2 pills to get the amount they provide on the label.
