There is nothing negative to write about this engine filter, it holds up year after year depending on your driving habits and when it is dirty you pull it out like any other filter except you don't toss it. They sell a kit to wash away the grime from it and let it dry and apply the oil back on to it which is supplied in the kit which in turn saves you money on buying filters and the environment from tossing the common filters that are normally used.

Installed a K&N filter on the 2nd day I bought my new 2012 Prius. I always get about 60MPG on the highway. Even city MPG is in the high 50MPG. I don't know what the original paper filter would have given me and don't really care. K&N air filters rule the road!

I've loved K&N Engine air filters since I installed my first one (about 3 vehicles ago?). With EVERY one I've used, it's felt like my vehicle has more power, and definitely gets better mileage. I recently averaged 31.5 mpg in a vehicle rated at 28 mpg over a two hour trip. Doesn't get much better than that.

I bought a used 2011 Lexus CT200h which has the Prius hybrid drive system. I put a K&N air filter in it at 26,000 miles and according to the car's MPG display, I'm consistently getting over 52 MPG average. I wish I had more accurate MPG numbers before and after installation of a K&N air filter but I truly believe it helped. I use synthetic oil, run 36 psi in my tires and drive as much as I can in a way to best utilize the hybrid drive system meaning gentile acceleration and braking and coasting as much as possible. I love the quality of K&N products. I have used them for years in my Harley and I wouldn't be without them. Thanks for a great product.

Since I bought a K&N air filter for my 2011 Toyota Prius(which I did not install until almost a month of receiving same) and realized that it gave the car much more get up and go I decided to buy one for my wife's 2012 Toyota Prius. Yes, you guessed it, it has not been installed as yet due to the miserable weather we are having. It will be installed this weekend and I will expect the same results for her car. It will also be interesting to see if we also get better gas mileage.

Fit perfectly as always. Never purchase an air filter again. I put 300k miles on my VW Jetta with one K&N filter. Cost of ownership $0.

Great service. Used a K&N in my 2005 prius and traded in with 108000 mi with no problems. I'm sure that my 2012 prius will be the same with K&N.
