I don't put the strap around my leg, as I have pain getting into bed, but it pretty much stays put without it (photo shows how I put the strap so it is out of the way). I had to use it two nights to get used to it but it seems to be relieving hip pain at night, so sleeping better. It doesn't squish down but is very soft and comfortable. Material is very soft but not fuzzy. Cover has a nice full zipper that doesn't touch your leg. It stays cool so isn't too warm to use at night. I've been able to adjust it to the height I want my leg elevated by sliding it up or down until it feels comfortable. I like mine. I've tried regular pillows before this and they just do t work the same.

Honestly, I didn't know what to expect as I've never ordered this knee pillow before. But have been very happy with it. In the past the pillows have not been sturdy, this one is. The material on the outside is very soft. 100% happy with this knee pillow.

Very good leg pillow, comfortable. Appreciate the elastic strap to help keep it in place if needed. I don't use it. I like the fact that it has a zippered cover to wash. This pillow is part of my arsenal of pillows to help get a better night's sleep.

I love this little wedge pillow it helps me out alot and stays in place and has a zipper to take off to clean as well .i gave it 5 stars because its a great product . and it has cool colors to choose from so its a win win I say 😉 😀

This works just as described. No knee or lower back pain and not cumbersome to use. A great investment. a little pricey, but so very worth it!

This seems to be working as expected. It is just one size so somewhat limited. I personally would prefer it to be a bit larger overall, slightly thicker where it fits around my legs, and the foam could be more dense. Still, it does generally stay where I put it, and does seem to help keep my legs aligned better. It takes away some of the pain and allows me to sleep better.

The knee pillow is comfortable. Kinda firm but really helps keep your hips straight. Makes my knees feel good too. Thank You

The leg strap should be adjustable. This pillow does not stay in place. If you are somebody who has thin legs.
