soft and fluffy. love that they are good for you and no corn syrup. if you have seed allergies you are allergic to corn because corn is a seed. so corn syrup is a no no and all marshmallows now a days are made with corn syrup. but at least now I know why I was getting migraine headaches. stopped eating corn syrup and stopped getting headaches.

These were super yummy. Had similar texture to regular marshmallows, maybe a bit softer, but without the fake taste. They were great in kids hot chocolate and melted just like the regular ones. Definitely will be purchasing again.

So happy to have a healthy marshmallow to pick up from the store. They do way better on the digestive track than conventional marshmallows. My kids love them.

Does have MCT OIL so don't over indulge your tummy will pay for it. They are that good though! Prefer over regular marshmallows, the texture is a lot better.

So good! Excellent in hot chocolate! I prefer honey over sugar its better for you! A controlled diabetic might be able to indulge too!

they're okay. I like the plain ones better. when I put them in hot chocolate they completely melt. they're expensive but I keep them on hand for my diabetic sister

Plain, regular size Know Brainer would have been better. They also expire on May 28, 2026 and today is May 23, 2026. You do need a food scale to weigh out 14 grams - that's all I want to eat at a time. The regular size I liked better.

I cannot come up with the right words to describe these marshmallows, but it was off-putting for all members of my family. I can't compare it to anything else. The taste wasn't great either. As a last-ditch effort to like them and justify their expensive price, I added them to chocolate chip cookies. Ended up throwing some of those away, because it didn't help.
