Small but mighty. it does everything it says it will do.
The Koblenz p820 is a very good floor polisher/scrubber. I bought to scrub laundry room and bathroom linoleum tile floors and it does that very well. I can't speak about carpets though since I have a dedicated carpet cleaning machine. The Koblenz has a variety of brushes and pads available online to fit it. I have no regrets about the purchase and would buy again if need be.
Because I had it before and I loaned it to someone and when I got it back, it was all tore up so I needed to get a new one. That's why I like this product. This product is very good people think when you buy the other one it's OK, but not like this one this one is excellent.
I had problems with the water dispensing, I telephoned tech support and they inform me that the faulty part is being sent to me. It was hard for them to diagnose over the phone, so I ended up taking it apart but at least found the problem. I am using this product to scrub 30 year old tile, amazing how much dirt it brought up. The grout looks a little better but didn't expect much there but it did remove toothpaste etc that formed in the grout lines. I used my hoover carpet shampooer to pick up the wet residue which is when you really see how much dirt was lying dormant, recommend using hoover cleaning solution so that you don't mess up your shampooer. I haven't used the polishing pads yet so can't say much about that. Happy with this product would be nice if it picked up the water which is why I gave 4 stars
Pretty simple to put together... cleans floors great I had a bissell that I loved and used years ago replaced it with this ... make sure you dump all excess water not used it will leak out it may be just tight from first use where the tank meets the sprayer or just be sure to disconnect tank from sprayer button release...so far I havent had any issues and its made cleaning my floors so much easier with back problems
It doesn't seem to work as well as my Hoover one I had years ago. Sometimes the water/soap doesn't seem to be coming out. The brushes look worn after one use on normal carpet. Just not liking it like the Hoover.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Box was beaten up... Then the water tank leaked. Called customer care and they said that it was a tech issues...called tech they said it was a part that needed to order....why do I need to order and pay for another part when I paid almost 200$ for a machine that should work period!!???
missing parts tsk . Right now walmart since i went threw you to buy this item your not looking good right now ! oh and where was the instructions ?
They send me machine with half parts missing Looks like somebodys return Now I have to figure out what to do with this
The machine has no control it's hard to maneuver! Also, the rubber band around the cover comes off easily so it's stop me from continuing to use
