Kodiak Protein-Packed Banana Muffin and Quick Bread Mix, 14 oz Box

The banana muffins were delicious! I added a banana and streusel crumb topping and they turned out perfect. This is a much healthier dessert than pie or cake. I will purchase this item again. I wish Walmart stocked the Kodiak cinnamon oat waffle mix. It is always out of stock.

These are amazing as muffins a little expensive but have not been able to find anything close to the amazing texture/taste that this mix provides

This makes the best banana bread I've ever made.

I like the protein and taste of muffins less sugar than the blueberry muffin. Hope they make more flavors maybe a oatmeal no raisins or strawberry banana

I was really excited about this banana bread's potential, but once I baked it I discovered that it didn't really taste like banana bread at all. It had too much cinnamon flavor in it and tasted like zucchini bread except without the zucchini AND with too much cinnamon in it. Even after adding real mashed bananas. Can't remove that much cinnamon from a prepared pre-packaged product mix like this, unfortunately. I rarely write reviews to caution people about what they are actually buying, but if you hope to have this product taste like banana bread with all of the banana-y goodness you are hoping for, you will be sorely disappointed. I will not purchase this item again.

My boys love Kodiak French toast. They say there was something off with these

I will never buy this mix again. It was bland and dense, even though it had 3 eggs in it. When I pulled it out of the oven, I could not believe how heavy it was. It needs more sugar in it, so if you do buy it...add more sugar or maybe fresh banana to it. It just does not have any flavor at all...yuk!

These muffins are horrible. They've tasteless and dry.
