Tastes good, with protein
Got a great deal for a case of these Kodiak mixes. This tastes good, has extra protein without any off flavors. A little more sugar than I would like.

As described, makes 12 muffins if you fill each cup with about 60g of batter. Super quick to make batch of muffins using the mix, I did add banana and some vanilla.

Not good
I will never buy this mix again. It was bland and dense, even though it had 3 eggs in it. When I pulled it out of the oven, I could not believe how heavy it was. It needs more sugar in it, so if you do buy it...add more sugar or maybe fresh banana to it. It just does not have any flavor at all...yuk!
