Kodiak Protein Packed Double Dark Chocolate Muffin Mix, 14 oz

I am impressed with the amount of chocolate in them. It is definitely for chocolate lovers. My husband loves double chocolate muffins and I am glad he liked these so I know he can have a healthier version with protein. I added some extra chips because I didn't realize there were teeny tiny chips in there already. It was good with and without my extra semi-sweet chips. You have to eat them quickly, though. They are very moist so you have 3-5 days.

My son and I love these tasty granola balls. They're super simple to make without cooking. Just stir up the mix and use an ice cream scoop to scoop out even balls. Chill on a pan, toss them in a zip lock in the fridge, and you're done. You've got a quick snack that gives you good nutrients and quick but lasting energy.

Very easy to make. Slightly more batter than comfortably fits in a 12 muffin tin. They are not super sweet which is a good thing. The family thought they could use some more chocolate chips (which would obviously change the macros) and I would probably add those next time

its very yummy if you add dark chocolate chips to it. you can't tell you're eating something healthy!

Finding the Kodiak brand mixes really made my day. I especially like the microwave cup containers when I want something fast. The Double Dark Chocolate Mix makes great muffins or bread. I add chocolate chips, nuts, and chocolate liquor. Kodiak is a healthy brand with healthy ingredients. I am 100% satisfied with the Kodiak brand. They have an assortment of items to choose from and they are all good.

I bought this online a month ago. It was so easy to make! The recipe suggested a bake time of 12 to 15 minutes. I baked it for 13 minutes. It looked moist on the outside, but actually was quite dry to eat. Perhaps I baked it one minute too long. The flavor was delicious and I love that it's packed with protein. I will definitely try it again, but I won't bake it as long.

I could not taste the chocolate.

Bought online and they turned out very dry.and really no flavor.
