Kodiak Protein Packed Muffin Mix Blueberry Lemon, 14 oz Box

My child is a super picky eater. She refuses to eat anything but rainbow mini muffins for breakfast… until we switched to Kodiak cake muffins. I add some rainbow sprinkles to the mix and, just like that, I've got a kid approved high protein breakfast! Sooooo thankful to have found this blueberry muffin mix!

This muffin mix is very easy to make and has good flavor. You can taste both the lemon and the blueberry but neither are overpowering. Like other Kodiak mixes there is a hint of whole grain, but the texture is still good and the added protein is nice. A great quick bake to have a grab and go breakfast or snack.

I really enjoy being able to take the guilt out of consuming a baked good or two with infuzing some protein into my recipes. Mixes very nicely with a protien shake when mixing up the batter. No sacrifing in flavor or texture.

Made the cobbler recipe from the back with a large container of blueberries The best thing I've eaten in a Long Time I even called my sister in law and told her to get the mix and make the cobbler Muffins are great too I've made those before

I tried these several months ago and didn't care for the taste. However, I bought them for their high protein and whole-grain content. My daughter added fresh blueberries to the mix, which really improved the flavor. While the price is higher than making my own muffins from scratch, the convenience makes it worth it. The price is higher than making my own from-scratch muffins, but the convenience makes up for it.

Overall, this product was good. It had good flavor, both blueberry and lemon, but the texture was a bit dry. If I buy this in the future and I probably will I will add additional blueberries and lemon zest.

The flavor was good although the "blueberries were tiny bits of dried blueberries that had been ground so it left only tiny specs of dried blueberry throughout. Not enough to know they were blueberries without being told. Even with hand-mixing with minimal stirring these muffins were a bit tough and chewy. The flavor was good, although lemon very mild.

If you like the taste of protein these will hit for you. You don't get the lemon or the blueberry taste, just straight protein. I was trying to give my kids a better option and had to make a lemon glaze to go over them and they still didn't want them. Too expensive to waste but unfortunately that's what happened

Disappointing and disgusting muffin mix. Took longer to cook than it stated on the package. Devoid of any blueberry or lemon flavor. The prepared muffins went in the trash and I'll be returning the rest of the package. Do not waste your time and money on this.

The muffins had no blueberry taste, only tasted of artificial additives. Very disappointing. Had to throw them out. Unfortunately I served them to my sisters, who disliked them.
