The only issue we had was that instructions were not included and how to install was not intuitive or clear. After googling and watching a video, installation was a snap - It's really a shame that instructions (or a link to the video) were not included. Otherwise, I'm extremely happy with the product!

The item fits perfectly. Know that there are no instructions on how to install, but there's a youtube video of someone installing that makes it pretty simple. Takes about 5 minutes total, and once installed it's great!

very simple to put on but there's no instructions in the box we figured it out but it was easy for the Blackstone 28 in grill

great lud for my grill it makes it look finished, it jeeps critters from crawling along my cooktop, also keeps debris kicked up from the eind or trees from dirtying up my top. I am always ready to cook!

Almost returned this griddle lid because there was absolutely NO instructions on how to install it. Fortunately, before I returned it, I managed to find instructions from a similar product on Amazon that worked for this. With that being said, I think the handle is a bit flimsy and may/may not conduct heat. One of the attached bolts came off of the hinge and had to be repressed in before I could assemble it. I intended to be able to use this for a simple smoker lid, too, but there is a about a 3" gap in the back between the lid and the griddle. I think I can make an adapter with some sheet metal to close that gap for smoker purposes. However, that's my problem. Overall, with the exception of the flimsy handle and the lack of instructions, I would still recommend this lid.

The cover works as expected, but there are no assembly instructions, and it's not intuitive. I had to watch a YouTube video to install it correctly.

I really like this lid I would have given 5 stars but it did not have instructions on how to put it on only gets 4 Remember not everyone is able to figure it out

It's partially my fault, I did not check it when it came in. It came scratched, dented, missing hardware and instructions! Looks like it had been a return they reboxed! Highly disappointed! It's past my return time

The cover is oversized by 3/4 of an inch on each side and I DID NOT RECEIVE THE SCREWS, BOLTS OR WASHERS.

I bought this hinged hood to put on my 28-inch Blackstone griddle, and it was a big disappointment. First, the handle arrived bent, which was not a great start. Then, the package included the wrong size screws, meaning I had to make an extra trip to Ace Hardware just to get the right ones. On top of that, the overall hardware quality was poor and difficult to work with. I expected much better and wouldn't recommend this product.
