I would give it ZERO STARS if i could. We couldn't even put it together. The poles are too big for the sleeves and steps to fit on it. My husband and I both tried. Assembly is impossible! Definitely not "easy to assemble" as it claims. Thats a lie! Now I cant even return this piece of garbage. Complete waste of money.

Cannot put steps on railing. Plastic notices will not close so step will not go down. 5 different people followed instructions and we cannot get steps to lock in place. Very frustrating. To date still do not have ladder together. Wasted my money

Poles were too big for the sleeve piece and steps to fit. Viewed other similar brands and it looked so easy to assemble. Called the number for the vendor and it was a wrong number. The lady that answered said the number is changed and she told Walmart and the wrong number is still wrong.

piece of junk . plastic nuts you can't tighten them without them striping , unsteady once assembled . Steps don't or won't lock into place . I consider this a dangerous item .

Worst ladder I've ever gotten. put it together the steps do not stay in place . Cheap plastic. not worth the money i paid at all. Now i need to find a replacement

This ladder was a chore to put together, it took me, my son and husband to try to get the "little" blue things to go in the steps, (they were too big) our stress levels were high! we watched YouTube videos to see what we were doing wrong, all of them were the gray ladders and the pieces were different and the just snapped into place for them... my husband had to get a hammer to force them in... then, attempting to get in the pool and the middle step fell. don't know if we can fix it back... horrible!

The box was in bad shape and one of the plastic mounts for the step was missing. I decided to put the ladder together and use it without one step. The steps move when i put my 180lbs on them. I ended up putting hose clamps under each plastic step mount to reinforce the plastic mounts and keep them from sliding down the medal tubing.

I kept the ladder because I had promised my great-grandchildren they could use the pool. None of the steps fit properly. I tried using strong zip ties to secure the plastic step holders, but they kept slipping. Since the heaviest child weighs 40 lb, I assumed the ties would hold. I eventually had to use metal brackets around the holders to keep them in place. That worked better, but metal rusts, of course, so I had to remove the steps every time they got in or out.

Does not assemble. All pieces are not correctly made. Order elsewhere.

We are returning. Directions are difficult and we tried but seems when will be put together it may be too flimsy for our grandson.
