I received the intex 18 ft pool cover after trying a tarp one year and netting the next. Neither worked for keeping leaves and debris out. I found the cover from our pools manufacturer and was surprised how affordable it was. It fits perfectly and looks like it will keep leaves out and let rainwater in. It looks like it is well made and should last. Time will tell. So far I'm very pleased.

i want a replacement or refund
had it up for 8 days walked out on 9th and it was almost empty found a hole in the seam me and 5 kids were very very disappointed

does almost what it's supposed to just no way to keep it more tight so it doesn't sink when it rains. the holes on top make it worse for when leaves and other debris fall on top it make it heavy and the pool water goes thru and pulls the cover down

difficult to install/material feels cheap
Pool cover will do as intended but it is very difficult to put on the frame and stay put without the other side falling into the pool (even with 2 people). And even after tightening the strings, the cover still does not remain tight and the material is so thin I fear it tearing if pulled too tight.

Droops
The cover fits but droops too low. We tried tightening the strings to pull it up but the string ended up breaking. It would be so much better if there were clasps to hook directly to the metal posts on the pool..

Not happy
Haven't gotten to use it yet due to delivery being late. Still cleaning out the brand new pool because the pool cover didn't arrive on time as I was setting up the pool according to the delivery date of the pool cover. So instead of writing this review and cleaning a brand new pool that's never been used I could be in my pool on this beautiful Saturday afternoon.

misrepresentation of product
this item says a metel frame it is not all metel frame it is PVC frame it is false information do not but it I contacted company and if course they have not.contacted me back I will not shop with them ever again

Do. Not. Buy. This.
LITERALLY NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED!!! This is a scam!!! Do yourself a favor and buy from Intex website or another pool manufacturer directly. Because this one? Not it. First of all, there's several big holes on the top of the cover!!! No holes in the one on the picture though. 🤔🤔🤔 not to mention, it does NOT stay on my 10' pool even though THAT'S WHAT IT'S DESIGNED FOR
