Bought this rail for extra support for our elderly mother to help her get up and down better, it seems to be a quality made item with a non slip grip, and reasonable price, i would recommend this product, but not for a really heavy person.

exactly what we needed!

we bought 2, and put them in the garage to help my husband get up and down the stairs. They really helped stabilize him.

This bar helps my husband to stand up from the toilet easier, however, I have to keep tightening up the bolt to be able to keep it in the upright position when not in use. Other than that its working great as an aid for a disabled person.

very helpful when needed and able to move out of the way when not needed. feels wobbly orr shaky when installed but still able to use to push myself up.

Item was not as long as I needed

This would have been a nice handrail. Unfortunately, my package arrived damaged, had most likely been opened and resealed as the handrail was missing a protective end cap. it was probably a returned item.
