this really helps with my back pain

If you are in need of back support, even temporarily, this helped quite a bit. I'm recovering from three falls and it has been very helpful. It stays in place securely, which was important to me. I wore it under my T-shirt and it was still comfortable.

Arrived quickly. True to size and fit. Definitely wear it over your clothes. My lower back is so bad, I did not immediately notice any change, but I was sitting at my desk and only had it in for 2 hours. Could be me, but you definitely sweat around the area worn.

probably would have been okay, but I measured as instructed and it was way too small. pic showed lots of room for overlap. but mine just barely reached. was returned with no problem, however.

helps, but if I ware it to long pain is worse.

NO instructions in how to use!!! Just the brace inside a box with a lot of brown papers stuffed inside. I'm a senior with 2 back surgeries so very disappointed! Probably will return shipping as I don't drive.

having chronic lower back pain you get what you pay for and this wont do anything for you. at least it didnt for me. the support sticks in it are the flimsiest ones ive seen yet. theres no support here.

I only received one the courier took the picture before I gave one back to him to return because I accidentally ordered two please look into this and give me a refund please!!!!!!
