This was a life saver. After spending 12 weeks in plastic traction for spinal fractures, I was "good to go"! I tripped and fell 2 days later and spent 9 days in bed with horrible pain. The brace helped me get back to abbreviated normal with as much or more support than the plastic nightmare.

I have numerous back braces, but for me, and for my lower back, this easily is the best. Furthermore, it's approximately a tenth of what my professionally- made brace cost some forty years ago.

Fits well with good support in lower back where I had back surgery's with fusion. Helps a lot when I use my lawnmower as I spend a lot of hours moving.

I've had my brace for about 2 months. It helps hold me up. I have a lot of problems with my back; however when I ŵear my brace helps the pain not be as bad.

It did have the strength and side supports seem like temporary plastic. The support has a deceiving dedin showing support all the way around your sides, but there are supports there.
