I received this brace for my lower back and by my hip area. I don't usually leave many reviews but this brace is well made and for sale price it is wonderful. I wear back brace every day for support and this is one good belt for support. I have purchased so many different types and paid so much money on different kinds. But this one helps with pain. It also plus that it's not bulky. It under my shirt and you barely can notice. Runs true to size. I probably could have gotten small but sizing is accurate. I like tightness from belt and it helps when I'm walking around or doing anything. I need the support all through day and night. But this brace is keeper!!!

according to the size chart I could buy a small but I was so close to the top number of that that I chose to buy a large. I'm really glad that I did. even though it is longer than necessary wrapping it a little bit more doesn't matter and it really makes a difference for me. the belt helps a lot this is the pain I'm having.

This is a great find for my sciatic pain that generates down to the top of my foot. I put it on as tight as I am able to get and it isn't too long before the pain has subsided. It even helps the low back pain in the low lumbar sacrum area.

When the Dr told me one if these bands would help my SI joint pain i didn't really believe him. Guess whatbIbeas wrong. Infelt almost immediate relief. Wont eliminate all the pain but helped so much on my super busy days when it hurt the most. !

This item was ordered due to having hernia surgery. It provided great support when it was needed. It will continue to be used as needed with heavy lifting.

I bought both the black and gray versions. The black one is not as tall and is a little less firm. I'll keep it too, though as it blends in when wearing black bike shorts.

Belt is constructed well and fits where you can adjust the size with the Velcro tabs but is thinner than I thought it would be. Worn it throughout a week to help with my hip pain during a move and it seems to have stretched out some and gotten longer and has curled up a little too. Just thought it would've been a bit sturdier.

It's easy to use and it did provide support. But if you want it for more strenuous workouts, it kept slipping. I did wear it when I was having some pain during daily activity and it provided support.

It is the wrong size--too big and thus offers no support and thus worthless. I do not recall seeing a size option on the order form. Thought of that after placing the order and tried going back but was blocked by message saying it was too late. Will attempt exchange but unsure of process.
