They were exactly what I ordered except I didn't appreciate they delivery and them continually changing they delivery date and times. And am I supposed to believe that the expected delivery date and times are always late.

Item was advertised as Kraft caramels, however I received an off brand inferior product.

Was advertised as kraft caramel...if so, it is not the same as purchased in their 11 oz. bag from the store. The flavor is not caramel and it is hard...not the usual soft...and almost impossible to get out of the wrapper. What a waste of my money. Disappointed! Shipping was timely and excellent.

False advertising.
Caramels were falsely advertised as Kraft Caramels. They are nothing like Kraft Caramels. Close to tasteless and not creamy and chewy like Kraft Caramels. Made a report to the store that shipped and got no response.

Taste isn't true to the brand
This item is a lie!! On this website it says Kraft but upon arrival the bag has no brand name on it. There is no way this product was made by Kraft! The taste is different. Tastes more like Brachs.
