I have a gluten intolerance as well as a tapioca allergy. Most gluten free products and flours include tapioca in some form. I was so excited to find this flour! It doesn't have tapioca and works really well in all of my non gluten free recipes and the taste is great!
For the first time in my life, I can say that I love the texture of my gluten-free baked recipes. The taste is always fine but it is the texture of the food that makes it subpar. Not with Krusteaz Flour. My kiddos had no idea that their peanut bars were gluten-free! Loved the taste, it is my go to ingredient for my weekend baking
It is the flour a friend of my suggested. I didn't like the heavy gummy texture in my bread machine recipes. It worked great for oven recipes.
Good product ready to use for GF recipes without having to add a lot of other ingredients needed for GF requirements. We prefer this brand.
My favorite gluten free flour! Excellent for making a roux for soups. Love it that I can find it on Walmart.com!
Krusteaz has the best gluten-free flour that I have used for a reasonable price. It can be used a cup for cup on regular recipes.
This has been my go to for banana bread and gravy. There one issue I have with the pancake recipe on the back. It calls for 3½t baking soda then ½t salt. WOAH! Those were the saltiest pancakes I've ever made and absolutely disgusting! HELP! Is there something wrong with the recipe?
I saw a lot of mixed reviews on this product but decided to try it. I've tried more than a few gluten free options and this one is my least favorite. It is super grainy and I really don't know what to do with the whole bag.
Bag was slised open before packaging flour went everywhere when I took the items out of the bubble envelope, which wasn't damaged
No way this product is gluten free! I have celiac disease and am on an extremely strict diet and this is literally the only thing I added in cookies! I about died! Gluten affects my heart! Very disappointing!
