better than competitor
Not as coarse as competitor and has a toastier flavor. Did very well on baked pork chops!

Great for using for meatloaf and breading chicken etc. Consistant great taste. Keeps well in container for a long time in the pantry without changing consistency or flavor.

Equally tasty!
We made breaded chicken for my son, who has a gluten sensitivity. He absolutely LOVED every bite - so thankful for this gluten-free product; however, it did take a very long time to be delivered.

These are my favorites Gluten free crumbs. Great taste and texture perfect to be added to diferent meal. Croquettes, hamburger , meatballs . etc.

4C Gluten Free Plain Crumbs
Excellent breading for chicken fried steak. It made me not miss traditional chicken fried stead at all. Browns very nicely.

New to gluten free cooking. These GF bread crumbs have worked well as a substitute in meat loaf. I will try them next for my oven fried chicken.
