Kryptonite Double Loop Cable & Padlock Bicyce Lock

The Kryptonite Lockdown Bicycle Security Cable & Padlock Set seems like a sturdy Bike Lock. It does take a bit getting used to having to connect the two Cable ends with the Padlock. On the other Hand, one can always use the Padlock for something else if needed. I like the Blue LED light on the Key, but sadly only one Key has this feature. The one without will be my Reserve Key. So far this Lock-Set works for me.

THIS KRYPTONITE LOCKDOWN BICYCLE SECURITY CABLE AND PADLOCK SET SEEMS TO BE PRETTY SECURE. I WOULD MAKE SURE THAT I SECURE THE KEY AGAINST LOST FOR IT ONLY CAME WITH ONE. THE DUST COVER ON THE LOCK KEEPS DIRT OUT AND HAS A SIX FOOT ROPE CHAIN THAT IS SECURITY LEVEL 3. IT LOOKS LIKE IT WOULD BE VERY HARD TO CUT THROUGH. THE KEY IS LED LIGHTED SO YOU CAN SEE YOUR LOCK IN EVEN THE MOST DIMLY LIT AREAS. THERE IS A LIFETIME WARRANTY TOO. WITH THIS ARMORED PADLOCK WITH HARDENED SHACKLE AND PROTECTIVE COVER YOU CAN FEND OFF ATTACKS. YOU CAN ALSO USE ON TRAILERS OR OTHER THINGS YOU WANT TO SECURE. TODAY WE CAN'T BE TOO CAREFUL.

I'm a recreational biker and a lock is a must have for any rider. It is heavy duty and flexible to wrap around your bike. I tried using a hacksaw to test it. It is well made and can take a beating.. It comes with a lifetime warranty too. I recommend it!

I received this Kryptonite Lockdown Bicycle Security Cable & Padlock Set from the Walmart Spark Reviewer Program to use and review. I like this Product a whole bunch. This Lock Set is Quality all the way! It comes with 2 keys and one of them has a push button light on it. The light is bright blue and really helps. The cable is covered in rubber coating to help protect from scratching paint. The cable looks strong and is a good sign to thieves to just move along. The Padlock is very nice. It has a sliding cover over the keyhole to keep dirt and water out. This would be a hard lock to break. It would be hard to use bolt cutters on it. Overall I think my old bike is safe when its Locked with Lockdown. I do recommend this Cable and Lock Set to all that need one. Thank You for reading this review.

This kryptonite Lock and cable combination is a very good product. It has a very heavy duty well protected lock and a very thick 6 ft cable too. I like it so far 😊👍

The lock and cable are fine just what I was looking for but the keys are lite and thin. Just a little thicker than the cardboard packaging. Hopefully I will not ever have a problem with turning the key into the lock.”

I bought this to chain two bikes together it seems to work alright and be pretty sturdy. I am not up on the latest bike stealing methods so I do not truly know if this would prevent bike theft at all but it does seem good and well made. Watch out if you care about this sort of thing everything has warnings for lead and cadmium now even cars and any everyday objects like washing machines but I did not see the warnings listed on the site under specifications so just be aware.

very good lock and cable. the only reason I did not give it five stars, was because I didn't like the fact that it was coiled. I should have checked. otherwise it's a great padlock and a great cable. I feel very secure using it.

I really like the sturdy cable, no one has ever tried to cut it the many times that I have used it, with the awesome padlock that comes with it! My electric trikes are expensive and this is what I use to chain and lock them up the with whenever I do use them, I have never had an issue with the lock, either! I have bought these in the past and was impressed with them that I recently purchased more. Would highly recommend to anyone who rides a bike or uses an electric bike/trike to travel.

My son lives in college campus and bike is his mode of transport. His bike is secured by this lock. Someone tried real hard to steal his bike by trying to cut and pick the lock. They were unsuccessful but ended by destroying the lock. Bought another one to keep his bike secure. This is a great purchase . Highly recommend it.
