good beans
these are better than I expected them to be. they're really good, not too spicy but not completely mild either. they have just the right amount of lime flavor for my tastes. I like them on soft tacos with beef and sour cream and cilantro salsa.

Makes a great dip!
I use this all the time to make an excellent black bean dip! All I have to add is some garlic and fresh cilantro, and blend it up in a food processor. I also had cayenne if I want it to be spicy. It's so good with tortilla chips, either hot or cold! My whole family loves it.
