Great for HBP
My mum's blood is surprisingly high, 170/90. Although she hardly feels anything, her doctor friend still convince her taking medications. We talked through this a few time and came across an idea, using natural remedies to regulate her blood pressure. I looked up some resources and found out aged garlic can help. I would like her to try this, see if it helps.
