Methyl folate better than folic acid
I'm doing extensive study about brain health. I have been taking folic acid 800 mcgm for years for restless leg syndrome until I read recently that 30-50% of people have a gene mutation that decreases the conversion of folic acid to methyl folate, which is the ACTIVE form that the body uses. I checked several sources and Piping Rock has the best price.i haven't noticed any change yet but just started the methyl folate recently.

The BEST for our health...especially Seniors.
I have been taking this vitamin for almost three years & I believed that it helps my overall health. I am 71 years old ang I have been buying my vitamins from Piping Rock for 5 years now. Their quality is much better than the ones we buy at retail stores.

Great product to allow proper tapering
Great product. Love that it allowed me to control my dosage at a lower level than the 15 mg (most seem to come at this level).Fast shipping. Have already recommended to others.
