They don't really have a scent so that's nice. And I like that this is a metabolically active form of folic acid, which I hear is good for people who have the gene mutation.

B vitamins are water soluble and not stored in your body, so I like to supplement to make sure that I am getting mine. I also like that they are non-GMO, dairy and gluten-free and contain no artificial colors or preservatives. Just be aware that you need to take 2 to get the 15mg dose on the label.

Just started it and cannot tell anything but I find the marketing and pricing deceptive. Two capsules provide the 15 mg so this is a one month supply. Not a great bargain. You can get a 4 month supply of several brands on Amazon for $18 to $25.
