I'm happy that brands think about people with mutation that doesn't allow us to absorb the regular folic acid. I wish these products were only cheaper. To be honest, I used to have anxiety all my life. Since I did tests and discovered my mutation, I introduced a high amounts of methylfolte and became anxiety free!

I buy it frequently and was surprised by how effective and potent it is - I now take only one every other day after seeing a huge improvement on my blood tests.

I ordered this product and a B-12 complex lozenge (3 forms) after doing extensive research into the MTHFR gene mutation. While doing more research and working to get tested for the gene mutation, I decided to try this to see if it even made a difference. Within 6 days, I felt a marked improvement in my daily depression and anxiety levels. Impressed is an understatement.

It's not just folic acid, this product is absorbed faster and better than folic acid. So if you have been looking for l-methylfolate for a long time, then I highly recommend this product. From the first use I noticed effect, the skin became silky, the nails became stronger. This product has good quality and convenient packaging, my big recommendations :)

This was my first time purchasing from iHerb. Price was reasonable for 60 capsules. The only thing that would improve taking this for me would be tablets. I have a genetic defect where I cannot produce folic acid, which is why I need this is my diet. Pill size and quality are good. Not too big and condensed in capsule. It was packaged securely.

These are higher dose capsules. If you don't have methylation issues, go for a smaller dosage. Otherwise great product. No smell, medium size capsules.

This is good methyl folate if you need a high dose. If you do not need a high dose, look for another one.

I have been using this form of B-9 for 3 weeks now. I have found it helpful for my IBS, I don't use the bathroom after eating so quickly! I am sensitive to anything stimulating this dose and product hasn't made me feel anxious. I will continue to use it for at least 3 more months per my Dr. Thank you.

I'm trialling this product for my mental health, at this stage I'm not noticing any difference but I'll update after six weeks. Easy to swallow sized tablets and no side effects

The product works fine, but you're going to get half of what you pay for. The product labeling is clearly misleading. Big bold letters stating 15mg and 60 capsules, but then if you look with a magnifying glass it says you need to get 2 capsules for one dose of 15mg. For this reason I'm done with Nature's "Truth". I don't like when companies lie to make sales. Additionally, one of the few methylfolate products that hasn't been third party tested.
