This should be in everyone's medicine cabinet. More so than Aspirin even. It's every day for me for PF, taking it whenever and however much I need. I was happy to find out Walmart carried this item. I had been looking for Passion Flower since i knew it has so many health benefits; sleep aid, anxiety reducer, menopause symptoms, blood pressure regulator and for muscle spasms. I like it because it relaxes me and helps me sleep, muscle spasms at night gone and it lowers my blood pressure.

I'm dealing with menopause, and insomnia is one of several symptoms, and Passion flowers pills , help me a lot to sleep
