I did my research and found out Lemon Balm is excellent for folks like me who suffer with restlessness and trouble falling asleep. I tried these because I love this brand in product I use several of their products..They are easy to take capsule form, and I noticed I have been winding down and falling asleep not awake waiting for slumber to come. I get 6 hrs of restful sleep and wake even on 6 hrs refreshed and awake.If you have trouble winding down after long stressed hrs at work try these. I take one about 2 hrs before I go to bed and sleep and relaxation comes. We all want restful sleep not tossing and turning and getting up tired the next day. I like Nutricost brand.. The mgs sats 3000 but that is if you take 2. I may try 2 one day when I really to tired to think and can use 8 hrs of sleep to catchup.

I take two pills daily. It has helped to reduce my base stress level and helped with my blood pressure.
