As someone who struggles with anxiety and stress to a fairly large extent supplementing with ashwagandha has been very effective when it comes to quickly feeling more at ease and peace before sleeping. Definitely felt the calming effect 30-45 minutes after taking before sleep which helps me out a lot. I also take magnesium and that has been a game changer tied together.
