everyone says to use magnesium for a variety of issues, and the right salt of the magnesium for each issue is not well understood, and I'm a healthcare professional! I can't really comment on the quality, but the company that makes it is well regarded. Does it help me sleep? no. Does it decrease muscle pains? no. Does it make me more alert? no. I've been on this and a different product for years, and I have no PERSONAL EVIDENCE THAT I NEED TO KEEP TAKING IT, BUT I DO.

i had purchased another brand at another store and I have extreme muscle cramping. The previous brand did nothing to help. From the 1st time I took this Magnesium I started seeing results. By day 3, the muscle cramping disappeared. No more waking up in the middle of the night with intense leg cramps. Now at the first sign of a crramp or spasm I take 2 of these and it never goes any further. highly recommend these!

Really good brand I saw a TikToker who reviewed the actual brand and ever since then I've always stuck with it and to have them on Walmart goes easy with my Walmart delivery

Affordable and good quality. Magnesium glycinate is great for sleep and methylation support and nutricost delivers a no issue product.

this is the right chemical formula and it is better form that I bought before. calmness and better stoul is guaranteed

This product was a bit disappointing. It's 180 capsules. But what I did not realizes was a dose was 3 capsules, which made the bottle only last for 60 days. However I only take 2 capsules at a time which makes the bottle last for 90 days which is a bit more reasonable in price. The dosage is then 140 mg instead of 210 but it is acceptable. Haven't taken them for very long but so far they seem to be working fine.

Good quality of product and good price. My only dislike is that the dosage/serving is 3 capsules to get 50% of the recommended daily value dosage, which is an obnoxious "pill burden"

Personally, this product gives more relaxation that other forms of magnesium. Adjusted to 1 cap in the morning and 2 before sleep; it ain't enough. Also, have to use Glycine powder. Each individual needs to experiment.

Works as well as other brands. Wish it came in a higher strength per capsule. Three capsules every night is a lot to swallow.
