Keeps me calmer
I've been taking this for a long time, different brands over the past couple of years. These are the best ones for me. I'm calm and less irritable. I like this company and these are great like their other supplements.

This stuff is great!
Actually, I always like shopping at Walmart.com. These 5-HTP capsules really help me to sleep. That's why I purchased them. Only one capsule per day, wait 20 min. and you're all set.

Seemed like the perfect amount at first
200 is a bit strong the few times I've taken these, I'd say try having something on hand in fifty or a hundred mg in case, But I've seen lower strength and quantity for around 30 dollars at some stores like maybe cvs or somewhere. I'm just glad these do what they're supposed to, instead of a lot of nothing.
