I'm 58 years old and I have been dealing with fatigue for the majority of that time. The past few years have been almost unbearable. I've tried so many things to feel better and nothing has worked. This product has turned my life around. I am amazed and thankful.

This product is weaker than others, requiring a larger daily dose. It also contains a lot of sugar and thickening agent making it very sticky. It needs rinsed off every couple days - no matter how careful, the thick drops cause a sticky bottle
It has a pleasant taste, and the packaging was good. There isn't any documentation verifying the ingredient quality of the product. I requested authenticity information, which was available according to the listing, but never received a response. There is no way to verify the contents. Is it flavored water? Is it actually L-Methylfolate? I cannot find any substantial information about SMS Health.
