This sublingual B complex is fantastic! When I put a dropper of this B complex under my tongue, it goes right into my bloodstream, and within 30 seconds my sinuses open up, and I can breathe so deeply! It's great if you have seasonal allergies or congestion! 🌟💖🌟

I use the liquid Vitamin B complex for energy and my nervous system. I have Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue so I need all the help I can get for my lack of energy. Fibromyalgia is a Central Nervous System disorder so using this has that benefit as well. You take it sublingually (under your tongue) for 30 seconds. I do not like the taste of Vitamin B tablets but the liquid B is fine. I think liquid gets absorbed into your system faster but that is just my own theory. I can tell the difference in my energy level when I run out. IIt also contains, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamins B6 and 12 along with Pantothenic Acid. I plan to always use this product.

I felt a surge of energy after about 20-30 minutes of taking it. I thought I would have to take it for several months before I felt a difference but to my surprise it worked quickly after my first dose so I am very pleased with how good and quickly it works and will continue to buy this brand from now on.

I will need more time to use these sublingual drops to give a full evaluation. But for the most part, it looks like other brands I've used in the past. There have been days when I feel healthier after using it. But it is used in combination with my other supplements.

They changed the packaging to this new version, and it still just as effective as the old version, but the taste is different. We like the taste of the original formula better. But we keep using this brand because it works.

Customers, the new cap %26 dropper is slick, harder to open. The old dropper won't fit the new bottle. I poured the liquid into the old bottle because I have arthritis %26 didn't want to struggle with the slippery cap daily. Spring Valley, I've been a faithful customer and recommend your products to people in four different states. Making a change like in the packaging isn't consumer friendly. Please find another way.

not at all like the picture....in the pic it's a dark glass bottle with a black rubber tip for the dropper what was delivered was spring valley but a plastic all white bottle the dropper tip was white never again will I order from spring valley.

I have order this prodict three times in a row. I never received this item. Please credit my account. I guess it's a good product. Since; the item never makes it to me.

Tastes just like cough syrup. Zero effect on energy levels or anything else that B vitamin normally effects.
