These B12 drops taste good, are easily digestible, %26 B13 vitamins are extremely healthy for the body. I highly recommend them. They are fast acting since they are liquid.

Taste, color and swallow-ability are top rated. The only caveat is for those on thyroid medication. Since it contains calciium, needs to have 4 hours spacing before or after thyroid medication to avoid interaction.

I don't eat meat so I struggle to keep B12 insufficient amounts in my system. this B12 is very easy to take and a good value.

I have been using this particular brand of liquid B12 for a year %26 have always bought it through Walmart. It has been an excellent quality sublingual that raised mine and my husband's B12 levels from low to normal range, and it tastes good also. However, this last bottle we bought is not up to par with prior bottles. It has either been watered down or their mixing process wasn't working properly (I'm assuming it is automated), soni can't recommend it at this time, but if the manufacturer or seller corrects this issue then I would definitely buy it again. It originally worked as advertised, and it is a must for my husband that has Parkinson's. Actually it is a needed supplement for all seniors, %26 now that I felt the difference when my level is correct, I am searching for a replacement that does the same. I woke up feeling much more energetic and it lasted through the whole day. No more afternoon dragging. I sincerely hope that the seller reads this and lets me know that the error has been corrected.

This is not for people with sensitive stomachs. I wasn't able to take it for more than 2 days.
