Been taking it for 4 weeks. Really works!
I got this because I was feeling very tired lately after suffering from a kidney infection. I didn't want to drink coffee or add caffeine to my diet since it makes me jittery. I looked into V vitamins and I read that liquid B vitamins is the best way to take this stuff since it won't get destroyed by your stomach acid. I also wanted to get B12 in Methylcobalamin form vs. Cyanocobalamin (synthetic form) This item looked like it had a lot of good reviews and satisfied customer. I've been taking it now for 4 weeks and I can feel an immediate difference. You should probably take this in the morning instead of afternoon since it will keep you up half the night, lol. It works. Doesn't upset my stomach. Doesn't make me jittery and the taste isn't too bad. Take it with some juice or lemonade and you'll be all set.

Awful taste and smell that lingers
I had read the mixed reviews about taste, so I was prepared for it to not be yummy, but it tasted and smelled absolutely awful, and that awful vitamin taste was still in my mouth an hour later, even after a full meal and a glass of juice.

Gums swollen and very ill. Did not take for 2 weeks and tried 1/4 dose, same thing happened.
