I was diagnosed with critically low magnesium deficiency. After a 5 day hospital stay and 4 weeks of outpatient IV treatments my specialist recomnended this supplement. my levels still fluctuate however, they stay within the normal range.

I bought this because I didn't know what type of magnesium to try, so I tried them all. Tastes great, but the dropper could be better tho.

Really works for getting rid of leg cramps. Helps to relax for sleeping as well. Instead of putting drops in mouth I put in measuring spoon.

I have bought this for months and love it! My most recent purchase was from a different seller and I didn't realize. This batch was nasty and tasted horrible. So make sure you're getting this from Walmart or the main manufacturer. These new bottles must be counterfeit.
