I was diagnosed with critically low magnesium deficiency. After a 5 day hospital stay and 4 weeks of outpatient IV treatments my specialist recomnended this supplement. my levels still fluctuate however, they stay within the normal range.

Really works for getting rid of leg cramps. Helps to relax for sleeping as well. Instead of putting drops in mouth I put in measuring spoon.

I bought this because I didn't know what type of magnesium to try, so I tried them all. Tastes great, but the dropper could be better tho.

I chose this for my anxiety and numbness from a pinched nerve. This combo formula had what may be missing that helps the body de atress and begin to heal. Wonderful product!

Tastes really good. I work nights, 12h shifts, so my sleep schedule is never the same. Benadryl always makes me so drowsy and melatonin is hit or miss. I did some research into supplements that would help me get better sleep and go to sleep easier and this product seemed to contain most of them. You have to take it twice a day but I have been getting better sleep and feeling calmer overall since starting it.
