Helps get my levels up
Love most Mary Ruth products I use 10 different ones this one is so easy just 3 droppers full right on my tongue once a day wash it down with some tea good to go!

I was researching for zinc picolonate to give my son and this one showed up right away. I should have read the label. This is just zinc sulfate. A cheap form of zinc it's not even close to zinc picolonate or zinc bysglicinate. Unfortunately. The brand could have done a better job on this

Easy way to consume zinc for immunity boost
Easy to digest without any stomach issues. Comes with a liquid dropper that has measurements on it. Can easily be taken in an empty stomach. Highly recommend!
