This is so easy to take or add to any drink or smoothie. I didn't realize that my cramping was due to low potassium. I kept increasing my magnesium but without relief. I now know that the two should be taken together. Nothing worse than painful cramps that won't let go of you. I've had them in my hands, forearms, upper and lower legs and body as well. My back has always given my pain but when I experience cramping in it, that is so crippling and painful, I am just left at a loss. I really hope this is the answer for me.
