La Crosse Technology WT-3129S 12" Atomic Analog Silver Wall Clock

Have ordered before. Like the automatic set and the automatic day light saving setting.

I've had it with inaccurate time pieces. One could only dream of the levels of exaltation that comes with the smooth silent and reliable fixture of our home. In particular I must comment on the longevity provided by three double a cells, the ease in which the time was set. And the stately manner with which it conform to the decor of our domicile.

These clocks that get the time by radio broadcast, are always accurate, and they don't need to be reset every six months for daylight savings time. You hang them on the wall and don't need to touch them again, until the battery runs down. Until now, the battery, a single AA, lasted about two years. But this latest model takes 3 AA batteries, so I hope that the clock I just put up, will hang there for at least five years, before the next time I need to touch it. If I have one complaint, it's the hole in the back for hanging the clock. It's very badly designed. They could hardly have made it worse if they had hired someone to design it as badly as possible. It would have been so easy to make it so it would hang on any sort of screw or nail or picture hook, but it doesn't. I was forced to hang it on a nail driven in diagonally, which would not have been an option for many surfaces.

It's so nice to look at a clock and knowing it's the actual time versus plus or minus. A few years ago I had one go out on me and it was a La Crosse. Hopefully modern technology has gotten better.

If you are looking for an atomic wall clock, this is a good choice. It's inexpensive and it works as expected. I don't have to worry about setting the clock as it does that automatically.

We have these everywhere on the farm, and it's because that way everyone knows the time! Every clock should have the same function, every clock should set itself now that it's available! Highly recommend.

I desired an automatic clock as I've "cut the cable" but miss having the cable-box clock. Decided to go with a traditional analog clock and this fits the bill perfectly!

I love the look of the clock and it keeps the exact time and is the perfect size at 12 inches in diameter. There's something people should know. 1. Push the reset button on the back of the clock and wait for it to spin around to 12:00 which it does by itself after pushing the button. 2. Push P for Pacific time, M for Mountain time, C for Central time, or E for Eastern time on the back. 3. push the wave button and wait overnight and it should be set when you wake up.

I like the look of this clock but not how it functions. It automatically resets to 12:00 every time the batteries are changed with no manual way to adjust the time. Very time consuming and frustrating to set the time accurately. I finally got it within an hour of the actual time and gave up.

Thought it was brushed aluminum but its silver painted plastic. Could not get it out of the overly complicated packaging. One of the screws on the back was stripped and turning. Saw a comparable product at Target for half the price that had a brushed aluminum frame. Don waste your money.t
