Easy, quick, and one pot only, all you need is some oil, a package of fideo, chicken and tomato bouillon., chicken or vegetable stock, and a touch of salt. That's it! Friends and family alike will be so pleased by its simplicity yet depth of flavor. The trick that puts the soup over the top is toasting the noodles before incorporating the rest of the ingredients. The resulting, delightfully crunchy texture of the fideo really makes an impression on whomever you serve this dish to. Of course, a recipe with a short ingredient list is just calling for any kind of add-ins you may like (even if it takes away from its authenticity). these used to be so cheap, you could buy them individually for 50¢. Recently they are INSANELY priced if you buy them individually. I found these for an excellent price. These are so versatile, you can make so many things with them.

Such an excellent quality of pasta. Would compliment most any Italian style meal. I melted a bit of butter within and sprinkled a lot of Parmesan cheese on top. : ) mmm

I love vermicelli I just open the bag dumping in the boiling water and it doesn't take long to boil it up I prefer a little outdente but I misjudged it sometimes but I'm okay with that.

Nothing wrong with the product itself, but calling it a multi-pack, quantity 1 fooled us into thinking it was 1 multi-pack of several 7oz. bags. Nope! This was one 7oz. bag of vermicelli for $6.93. That is way too expensive for that amount of pasta. Buyer beware: check the cost per oz. before purchasing. See the picture. That is the least multi multi-pack I have ever seen.

I was miss lead into thinking this was a Vermicelli noodle, ever package is nothing but bits and pieces, no way you could roll this on a fork, as it shows on the package. why would u buy noodles this small, tiny bits? will return them,
