Pantry Staple
Tangy and spicy, just as a green chili enchilada sauce should be! Good to keep on hand can be used in soups, stews, with eggs, etc.

The basis for a pleasant and easy meal
I am completely pleased with this Medium Green Chile Enchilada Sauce. One can of this, plus 5 corn tortillas, plus 2 cups of shredded cheese, baked in a standard loaf pan, makes a simple and pleasing meal, easy to prepare, with only one pan to wash. I add sour cream and chopped green onion. Because this is Medium spicy instead of Mild, that adds a little extra kick that I like. I also like Green chile in particular.

Delicious and versatile
I loved this green enchilada sauce. I used it to make green pozole in the crockpot using the recipe in the back and it was delicious. It also worked really well in chile verde. I use this sauce on a weekly basis now and I recommend it.
