La Preferida Refried Beans With Mild Green Chiles, 16 Oz

Before I changed to La Preferida Refried Beans with Mild Green Chiles, I always struggled with getting the flavor and consistency or thickness for what ever I/We used them on or with. For Me, these are perfect as they are. For Tostadas, I just warm them and easily spread them onto a shell. For burritos, they ready to spread. My recipe for Heuvos Rancheros, just heat them and add the Egg. For Me and My family, Having the Mild Green Chiles already in there, makes them perfect for Flavor, Consistency, and Convenience. Product of the U.S.A. ( NO TARIFF ADDED TO THE PRICE )

Good flavor. Makes excellent tostadas.

These really taste great and very flavorful out of the can but th y need to improve their wuality control. The last several cans i've purchased locally, these exact ones with the mild green chili's have bits of hard pieces I have to spit out. Until lately I haven't often bought them but I've never had this problem with other brands. What I like so well is the subtle green chili flavor is not obscured. I may try to make my own and hope I can duplicate La Preferida's taste. I think the best fix would be inspect the dry beans better prior to processing. .
