Amazing so soft. Hard to put together at the end...but once u do it soooo worth the work! Great chair for me
Comfortable chair. The back looked too straight up for me but after sitting at it for a while, found that it was more comfortable seating position than the chair it replaced. Easy to assemble, just leave the screws for the arms loose (finger tight) until they are all in place. Then tighten them down. I left the caps that hide the screws off so I can check the tightness of the screws after a couple of weeks.
Happy to see it got delivered way before the estimated date. It took me about 30mins to assemble, instructions very useful, directions also on all parts for guidance. So far so good! This chair is comfortable and great for my back. Great chair for a reasonable price!
Directions were not included in the box or on Walmart.com website so I removed one star. I watched a video on YouTube created by "Jungle Explorer" and a also found a similar download of a signature chair so I was able to get it put together by myself and I am 68 years old. It took me an hour and 45 minutes to do it but I finally completed the task. Best to do it if your not tired or lacking sleep. The chair is comfortable, roomy and fits me well, level seating and seems very sturdy but I have only been using it for one day. Time will only tell when it comes to quality but the value is great for what I believe is a very nice chair. Thanks Walmart.
This is a good, comfortable chair, and I'm enjoying it. However, mine was so difficult to put together that I had to enlist the aid of a friend of mine. The problem was not how to do it; the problem was that the back and arms did not easily fit into the seat. It required two of us, one to force it into place while the other bolted it together. I expect that there is some variation of the fit, from chair to chair, but you should be prepared to have some help in assembling this chair.
I'm taking my time putting it together, so I haven't had a chance to try it out. I'm having trouble getting the screws in some of the slots. Hopefully my friend will be able to complete the job.
This chair is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat on. The lumbar support is not a gentle slope supporting you , instead it feels like a hard unyielding bar across your lower and mid back. The chair is also a lot narrower then I expected. Installation was a bit difficult by myself but would probably take very little time for two people. Make sure you attach the arms to the seat before attaching to the back or you will never get the bolts in. Would return but I don't have a car (which is why I ordered online) and silly me already threw out the box.
"Product never got here. I had to pursue ""where's my product"" in order to find out it was lost and not coming at all. Your chat person quickly refunded my money instead of giving me the option of replacement. The $15 ""I'm sorry"" fee does not mean much to me when the embarrassment level was terrible on his birthday. I'm very disappointed in walmart."
Although the chair is comfortable, it is made up of very low quality material. Within 2 weeks of usage there are tears forming on the side of the backrest. This is the condition when it is being used by only one person and that too only for 2-3 hours at night.
I am trying to return this chair since receiving as someone gave me an office chair, but it is so difficult to return, need a label and permission appt to take back to store.
