Makes great keto pancakes!

I have tried several baking mixes for Keto and found them "almost" acceptable. I took a chance trying this mix and I was BLOWN AWAY! These pancakes are light and delicious and free of all the chemical after-tastes that I had come to expect from similar mixes.

My wife and I have Lakanto waffles every 3rd or 4th morning. They don’t taste like a diet product - they are very good. We have tried others but this is the fastest to cook and has a great flavor. We have been suing it for 18 months. They key to baking quality is not using too much water.

Ive tried multiple keto pancake mixes and none have came close to the flavor, texture and easy cook prep that this mix has, its so good that the first time trying it i found myself looking at the back ingredients and asking how? Hows this so good? Im not even keto but id get this on the regular just for being so good

My husband and I love this product. They taste like we are having real waffles or pancakes and don't feel guilty when we clean our plates. If you haven't try them I recommend that you do. They are light and fluffy and just what I am looking for in the texture. Enjoy!

If you tried this product and did not like it, don't throw the rest away. I experimented and made it better (quite good, actually) with the following recipe: 2 Tbsp mix; 4 lg eggs; 1 Tbsp butter, melted; 1/2 c water; favorite cooking oil. Beat eggs and mix, add butter and water. Heat oil over med. heat. Scoop 1/3 c batter onto skillet, spread. Cook 60 sec. and flip. Cook 45 sec. more. Can also use in waffle iron.

This product has a bad taste

Recipe on back of bag doesn't seem right. Waffles never get crispy or have any kind of substanence. I used a waffle iron then put in a toaster and they kept disintegrating. Not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from. Also the ingredients don't quite reflect the nutritional facts. how does this contain tapioca, potato, and pea and still have under 6g of net carb? it doesn't make sense.
