the wand never gets hot to burn your skin, yet it does work to straighten your hair. and the power cord is a heavy quality. I had a cheap hair straigtener and the cord was flimsy and you easily burned either fingers or your face/scalp with it, so this one is a delight to use. Also, it heats up super quick.

Great curling or straightening iron. Like the smaller size of this as my hair is chin length. I really like the temp control %26 cooling fan. I have fine hair %26 can control heat which controls how loose my waves come out without causing damage.

Good product! Takes some practice for the typical person (if you're not a hairdresser) but does exactly what the videos show once you get the hang of it!

this product does not leave your hair smelling burnt..... all in all it leaves your hair feeling nice and fluffy. does not burn your fingers when you handle the barrel

I really love this straightener! I love the fan feature, and now I don't feel like I'm burning up while doing my hair. I wish it gripped the hair a bit more firmly, but I have gotten used to how it works, and now it's a breeze to use. I highly recommend this product.

I've been wanting to get the le duo for a long time now. Finally decided to purchase it. It works great but I do wish I would have bought the bigger barrel one because of the length of my hair. However, this one does the job though! I'd say if you are undecided and have hair longer past shoulder invest in the longer barrel one.

Seemed like a good quality product, but it did not work on my hair. Dried it out and felt like it was damaging. Did not slid easily on my hair at all and the curl did not hold! Was hoping it would work for me but sadly had to return.

I love this curling iron but it did not work for me. my hair wouldn't stay inside the clipped part so that it could wrap around and be curled. I believe my hair is too thin but for someone with thicker hair it would be perfect. I also loved how hot it got! it was very hot and a really sweet tool if it just worked for me that would have been better.
