These bowls are stainless steel. They are covered with a non slip silicone on the outer of bowl which help bowl stay in place while mixing. They are space savers. The bowls fit into each other and so do the lids. The lids seal the bowl very well. I woukd only hand wash these bowls and lids and not stick in dishwasher.

I would definitely recommend these bowls! They came well packaged and without any dents, scratches, etc... After unpacking them I noticed how they stacked in one another with a great fit and the color was actually more of a dusty grey/purple, which I actually really like! The inside of the bowls are stainless steal for a clean look and easy to wash. There are matching lids with any bowl and fit well by pushing down one side then the other. There are small indents/tabs on each side to remove the lid. The largest bowl is shown below in the photos and is quite large.

These seem to be good quality. The lid snapped right inside easily and they have a opening where it’s easy to open it back up. I like how they stack inside of each other for storage. But it seems to me these will be better equipped handwashing instead of dishwasher at least the lids. They don’t seem dishwasher safe to me. These will definitely be put to use in my kitchen.

I picked up this 5-piece Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl set in light yellow, and I couldn’t be happier. The soft, cheerful color adds a lovely touch to my kitchen while still being totally functional. I like the different sizes. When you cook often there are sides or left overs and having diffrent size bowls helps a lot! Never know the size of your left overs . So having lids for every bowl is also helpful to keep your food protected. I would buy again, very neautral colors. I would recommend a few fun colors too, some of us love color!

The bowls are a bit smaller than I expected but that's almost 100 percent on me for not reading the description thoroughly. The colors are very nice but one came with the paint rubbed off and that is going to bother me. They seem very lightweight I hope they don't dent easily.

I thought the bowls were going to be bigger. I ordered yellow and got white. after ordering these I reviewed previous reviews and was told the paint chipped. I did not realize the bowls were also painted on the inside I thought they were just stainless steel on the inside but there are painted. I will not be using these because I don't want to risk the paint in my food. I got them to use with my metal mixer but again I don't want to take the risk of chipping the paint. they are very thin and they are not that large. thoroughly disappointed

Paint is chipping and peeling off the bowls even through i hand wash and dry them. wouldn’t. recommend Paint is left behind on new countertop after use. as seen below.
