Good laptop. It could have a better sound, the clarity of the screen is excellent. It has a good processor and good memory for a family laptop. Not heavy and thinner than others. Very versatile!

I saved 1200$ on Black Friday getting this laptop for my son and he LOVES it!

It got here quick and is doing everything that we need.

Really a good computer I use it for school (college) and it hasn't disappointed Me yet .

Don't expect this computer to compete with the name brands. The keyboard is set up wrong for me. My left hand moves the mouse all over the place when typing. Battery lasts about a day and YES I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS. Btw, almost no instructions come with this. Screen is great, sound is almost non existent. Good machine for the money though.

I don't like reviews that give low stars that are about issues and not product. But, they sent me a notebook AX 17 model , when it was supposed to be a laptop AX 97. There was no way to contact them and Walmart would only send a refund because their system was too "overwhelmed " to order a replacement.

very slow to load and battery dies even when not in use.

battery charging port dose not work - ask for help got the run aground!
