Las Palmas Mild Green Chile Enchilada Sauce, 10 oz Can

I purchased the mild and I had already one can of the spicy medium spice so I combine the two I use these to make chicken enchiladas, with corn tortillas. and the four cheese mix of Mexican cheese. and I always have to add little extra Colby Jack cheese %26 black olives %26 thin slices of the onion. and it never fails it always comes out great because my old school way I'm doing it myself very delicious flavor.

Yummy taste! This is my favorite green enchilada sauce… it has a mild seasoning. I'll use it to make cheese enchiladas and then my favorite is to make chicken and cheese enchiladas. My husband loves it! It's definitely a hit and makes me seem like a better cook than I am, lol. If you're on the fence, I would definitely recommend it. I hope this review helped you.

maybe not for enchiladas.... but a dipping sauce for tacitos , fried potatoes or over scrambled eggs. a little bit different and mild spicy but not at all hot. Stable in a jar refrigerated. try it

The only way I could do that was if you had to do a little more work and I would be happy with it but you have a hard to get it to you so you can get a job

I really like the smooth flavor and texture of this product. No bitter taste at all. Family loves it, too. For us, the amount of spicy was just the medium we like.

The sauce was just the right consistency, not too thick but not too thin. I use this in recipes and to top off the finished dish. Always the same taste, same compliments. One of my favorite brands.

I love this green enchilada sauce. It never disappoints me when I make my chicken enchiladas. It also has a nice kick to it with spice. But not too hot.

there was nothing wrong with the sauce it was just not enough flavor for me. it was mild, says mild. I thought I'd try it. I'll stick with red sauce but I like this brand.

Hit and miss. I always buy mild. Sometimes when I buy the smaller can it is WAY too spicy as compared to the larger can for some reason. The flavor is great if you do NOT have too heat in the dish you are cooking. Guess I'm looking for the flavor and not necessarily the HEAT lol
