Lasko 38" Hybrid Oscillating Tower Fan with Remote Control, 4 Speeds, 8-Hour Timer, White, T38400

It's been 80-90 as a high for about 7/10 days within the last three weeks. Turning the fan on 3 cools off the room. Haven't needed to by an air conditioner. It's not quiet but it's a strong fan. I've bought other models of lamp but they don't have enough cooling off power as this one

Perfect fan! I love this fan so much. The speeds are spot on. Sound Level is great for sleep sound but not so loud you are turning it off to take calls. Love the remote control feature. great breeze that you can feel across the largest of rooms. I have bought 3 of these now ads my kids kept snatching mine from my room to take to their rooms. We are a family who sleeps to the sound and breeze of the fan regardless of the season. Best fan ever!

I was looking for a powerful fan. One that puts out forceful air. So this fan did definitely met my expectations. I will say the oscillating range on fan is like a quarter turn from side to side. The noise level on highest level is definitely noticeable. But that to me is expected being for the air it puts out. But as you lower speeds the quieter it gets. I am very happy with the fan. If you buy one the only thing to put together is the bottom stand. Please make sure to line it up correctly. I almost broke it because of that. I wish the instructions were clearer on that. It is a great fan and would or will buy again.

This is the second fan I've bought from Lasko in the past year and both have been great. With the four speeds, I get the loud noise cancelling of the 4th speed and the quiet air moving ability of the number 1 speed.

first I bought white for my granddaughter cuz her room is white her furniture so it goes in there perfectly it's a pretty good powerful fan which will help cool the room in the summer and it's got a remote on it which is really nice so you can turn it on and off if you don't need it the quality is superb for the price is well worth it excellent fan I recommend it

This tower fan does its job well where it matters most: cooling. We use it in a back room off an open kitchen, and in Arizona heat, especially with current utility rates, a reliable fan isn't optional. It's survival equipment with a power cord. The black finish shows dust and dirt more easily than the gray fan we had before, which isn't ideal. Noise is there. Not whisper quiet, but not like sitting next to a jet engine either. You get used to it. It also sits very low to the ground, so airflow isn't as effective as it could be if the fan were raised a bit. The oscillation is great but we have never owned a fan where that feature holds up over time so we'll enjoy while we have it. We kept it because we were in need, and I didn't want to spend the time finding another. 4 stars isn't anything to be mad about. Overall, strong cooling performance, but the design could be improved.

I have purchased many Lasko floor fans over the years simply because the amount of air they typically circulate. I purchased this fan to replace an older unit that finally stopped working after 10yrs. This fan has a slim stylish design with a lengthy vertical vent across the front and an oscillating feature that can be turned on or off. It has four fan speeds that can be controlled from the console or through the included wireless remote. It is feature packed and operates fairly quietly but does not produce as much air as some of the previous models I've purchased. Even so, this model is still impressive with its design and performance and a great value at the recent price point on sale.

Doesn't work as well as past Lasko tower fans I purchased. Makes more noise, not full oscillation, so I give it a 4 rating, which is a bit generous. Priced better, but not as efficient.

at the high speed the noise level is very high, two persons talks in front of the fan can not hear each other.

Way too loud. This fan is not like the other fans we have bought by this brand. It's super noisy and doesn't feel quite as powerful.
