Lasko Electrically Reversible Twin Window Fan with Bluetooth® Technology, 13" H, W09560, White

I have had to return this twice, it dies if you use the timer function. App is device specific, causing a reboot of my tablet to open fan controls. DON'T USE THE TIMER MODE 😔. You may actually like the fan. The fan speeds don't meet my expectations for noise verses air movement. Pretty weak.

The fan speed is not as powerful as other cheaper window fans I have had in the past. Therefore, I have to also use my l bedroom ceiling fan to pull the cool air in. ---My bedroom is large. the reversible fan controls to adjust air in or air out is very convenient. The fan is quiet which is nice.

Seems to work as advertised. Buyer should be aware that it is a little bulky and won't fit in your window unless you remove your screen. But it does come with detachable feet, so it's easy to put on a wide window ledge. And there is no remote, they want you to use their app:( I would rather have a remote, myself, I didn't realize a remote wasn't included when Bluetooth is included in the description.

Two stars. Don't get this fan if you're not willing to take the time to return it or have it fixed because IT WILL BREAK ON YOU. All the reviews about this fan just randomly dying or not working is absolutely true. I WILL SAVE YOU THE TROUBLE. IF YOU WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE FOR IT TO WORK GO FOR IT. AMAZING FAN WITH BLUETOOTH CAPABILITIES but the fact that it died after only one week of use was such a put off for me. Literally got one more star because of the bluetooth.

Functionality (bluetooth) missing valuable information - it only works at this time with Android OS, not with iOS (iPhone). Comment received from support Was that they are "working" on iOS (doubtful at best). Also note that the literature that comes with the fan does not mention the Android only functionality.

I was told by Lasko Customer Service that the fan needs to be removed from the window in event of torrential downpours. Since we are in the midst of extreme weather events due to Climate Change, if I am not at home during a storm then penetration of the fan by water could ruin my wood floors, plaster board and wooden sill. Though I really like access to the fan's controls via the convenience of Blue Tooth, the fan's inability to block rain driven by wind horizontally through the unit then the fan's usefulness is greatly diminished. I suggested that an updated design might have louvers that close when activated by rain water. The technology can be borrowed from the new cars i.e. Tesla that afford rain activated windshield wipers. Additionally, the fan's suction was not powerful enough to extract accumulated hot air out of my attic. The volume of my room was too large for the size of the fan. BTW, I like the double fan's ability to reverse direction as well as increase and decrease fan speeds. Also, the Lasko Customer Service Team is excellent, responding to all inquiries in a timely manner. The Gradient air conditioner may be a wiser solution. The unit is an a/c that doesn't block view through the window and has earth friendly tech as well. Had hoped that the Lasko double fan would be a less expensive solution but NOT! Shucks! Lasko offered another larger, view blocking fan but the Gradient is likely the option that beats a mini split as well.

Very nice Window Fan! Unfortunately, this fan only lasted two months before it Stopped working. Completely Shut off and will not come back on. I'm very disappointed!!

The fan ran wonderfully quiet and well for all of 5 hours. Then it shut off and would not hook back up to bluetooth or even turn on manually after that. I returned it for my money back!!!

I appreciated the fan's design. However, both units stopped working suddenly after a week of consistent use. I turned it off after a few days of use and it wouldn't turn back on. Walmart sent me a replacement fan and the same exact thing happened. I'm returning the second one and not optioning for a replacement. I'm going to find another fan.

I normally give benefit of the doubt when people complain about a product that dies prematurely but it's true this time. Ordered 2 fans for 2 windows. One died 3 hours of use and other one died a month later. This is not cheap and hard to believe it's made in America. Please look for a different brand fan.
